Located on a huge corner block, this 1960s Architectually designed home is an ideal retreat for a family holiday. Lovingly restored with a 1960s feel...it is like walking into the Brady Bunch house. From the time you walk into this property you feel very comfortable. The main lounge has a georgeous feature wall and all furnishing fit into the period of 60s. The kitchen/dining area is spacious and contains a sitting area perfect for the kids to watch TV. Please note there is no dishwasher, the closest to a mod con is the microwave. You then walk down the hall to the bedrooms and bathroom. There is a fully enclosed backyard with fruit tree and you have access to the garage in Cox Street, as well as another driveway in James Street which is suitable for parking a boat. The Brady's is centrally located so you are only a short walk to the indoor pool, river, south beach, each beach and the town centre. Don't skip over this property if you are looking for a quirky stay.
