Located in a quiet court opposite the East Beach, Fairy Bay House is an ideal property for your next family getaway. With four bedrooms, three bathrooms and two lounge areas this property is a gem. Two balconies offer you different views over Port Fairy...from the top front balcony you overlook the picturesque bay whilst from the back sheltered balcony you overlook the rural side of Port Fairy and is the perfect spot to enjoy an afternoon beverage or read a good book. The front lounge/dining area has a huge pot belly fireplace that will keep you toasty warm in winter (plenty of wood is supplied). The kitchen is well stocked with new appliances and quality cutlery and crockery. Off the bunk room is the second lounge area which is an ideal kid's retreat with a television, DVD and dining setting. The back yard houses the BBQ, supply of wood for the fire in the lounge and plenty of space for the kids to run around. The owners supply a stair guard, porta cot, pram, high chair and play pen for you to use during your stay. Fairy Bay House allows dogs, strictly outside only and their deposits are to be collected daily. PROPERTY IS STRICTLY NON-SMOKING.
