Karen has over 10 years experience managing holiday rental properties in Port Fairy, she comes with unrivalled enthusiasm to provide an impeccable service for all her clients. Having worked in customer service based industries for over 25 years and living in Port Fairy for the last 12 years she has a thorough knowledge of the town. Karen will go the extra mile to meet customer's & landlords requests with a happy smile.

Emily provides all who call or visit Port Fairy Accommodation Centre a warm welcome. She balances her friendly, outgoing nature with a professional approach to customer service. Emily not only manages a busy switchboard but also assists with numerous other office duties. She enjoys the customer contact afforded by her role and loves being part of a close-knit working environment.

When our office is not open we are still available thorugh our after-hours service. Guests are able to contact us should any emergencies occur at the property.
We also run an after-hours service once our office closes for travellers who are looking for accommodation out of office hours.
