Great view, adequate accomodation

There are road works which have apparently been there for 2 years directly in front of the unit which spoil the view. As these are long term, I believe they should have been mentioned. The kitchen is tired and the cupboards need refurbishing - currently the veneer is held together with sticky tape. The wifi-internet is almost non excitant and therefore the TV has no reception. Having said all that the view is great (once you overlook the roadworks), the area quiet and we had a lovely holiday.

Regarding the fencing along ocean drive, this is a pathway initially that was being installed but has to cease due to concerns over heritage issues. This unfortunately is out of our control and we await the removal of this fencing which we discussed during your stay. We are sorry that you had issues with wifi, tv reception and we wish we were made aware so that we could assist you.

A Great Place to Unwind

Our fourth stay hopefully of many more. Every comfort. Brand new 55" TV for the cricket, 180 degree views of the ever-changing ocean, swimming every day just across the road in the gentle 'lagoon'. Two minutes drive into town for excellent restaurants or ten minutes walk in for so many coffee choices. The accommodation as usual is spotless and sooo comfortable.

SPECTACULAR VIEWS

WOW, what an awesome place to stay. A well appointed apartment with all the amenities that you need. Well equipped kitchen, plenty of bedding, very clean and comfortable. And those views out over the ocean are spectacular. We fully enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it, there are stairs up into the apartment, so keep that in mind if you don't do stairs. Mind you I am not good with stairs but i managed these ones ok.

A View for all seasons

We have just returned from our 2nd stay at A Top Deck and highly recommend the property. The large picture window in front of a cozy couch gives you a panoramic view of the Southern ocean. The apartment is perfect regardless of the season, with all the amenities required for a very comfortable stay. The location is perfect as well, being directly across the road from Pea Soup Beach. We can't wait to come back again!

In wild weather the waves dance to and fro, and create fluffy white crests that totally captivates the beholder.

The accommodation is very well designed, and offers extensive sea views. This view can be taken in, from the large comfortable bed, and anywhere in the large open plan lounge, dining area, and kitchen. Sitting on the couch the entire large window is filled with a view of waves, sky and clouds like a moving picture that has been framed. The bathroom conveniently has 2 entrances 1 via the bedroom and the other from the loungeroom. The apartment is very well equipped and provides a wonderful stay.

GREAT APARTMENT BUT NO WIFI

This is a great apartment; clean with great views. However, be prepared there is no WiFi and the TV must be over 10 years old with a remote that does not work. When we complained to Hearns we were advised it was an ideal apartment for couples who want to get away from everyday electronics. Shame really because to add WiFi and a better Smart TV does not cost much these days. Won't be coming back unless they make these changes.

Breathtaking Vista

We absolutely loved our 3 night stay at A Top Deck in the beautiful Port Fairy. The most stunning panoramic views of the ever changing Southern Ocean. The lovely upstairs apartment was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.
