From here, step out onto the private balcony with BBQ and enjoy the sea breeze. A full size kitchen is well equipped with quality appliances for catering with family and friends.
An additional downstairs living area accesses the outdoor courtyard and garden for a quiet retreat.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with two person corner spa that captures sea views. The adjoining bathroom has a large walk-in shower, vanity and separate toilet.
Bedrooms two & three are located downstairs; these have garden views and are serviced by a second bathroom.
Laundry facilities are in the double garage and an outdoor shower provides relief after a long day at the beach.
Bedding configuration: Upstairs: 1 king bed. Downstairs: 1 queen bed and 1 double bed. Sofa bed available on request. Max 8 guests.
