Lovely Space

Stayed for a week in March for the Port Fairy Folk Festival. Great location right in the middle of town. Large comfortable space. Only issue was cleanliness and presentation. Did contact the Agent on our arrival but no action taken. AND there's no wifi. Other than that - would recommend staying.

However, we were surprised to read that you felt your concerns regarding cleanliness were not addressed. As soon as we were made aware of the issue, we promptly sent a senior housekeeper and a member of our office staff to thoroughly re-dust and wipe over the property. They spent two hours ensuring that the space was cleaned following the work of a plasterer. We were unaware that you still had concerns after this visit, and we’re disappointed that we didn’t have the opportunity to discuss this further before the review was posted. We had a wonderful stay over new years with our three children. The apartment was well appointed, well supplied and very large so we all had our own space. Only a 2 mins walk to the shops and all the wonderful attractions that Port Fairy has to offer. Highly recommended for anyone to stay.
