Hearn’s Port Fairy Holiday Accommodation is seeking an Accommodation Operations Manager to lead our Port Fairy office and oversee the daily operations of a thriving holiday rental portfolio. In this role, you will manage a passionate team, ensure operational excellence, maintain high property presentation standards, and strengthen relationships with both guests and property owners. Working closely with the Director and Accounts Manager, you will play a key role in delivering seamless service and contributing to the growth of our boutique business.

About You…
You will thrive in this role if you are an organised, people-focused professional with strong leadership skills and a genuine passion for creating seamless, memorable experiences for both the holiday guests and property owners, always delivering high-quality customer service.
You will also bring,
- At least 3 years’ experience managing a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment (holiday accommodation experience desirable but not essential).
- Strong operational skills, including oversight of bookings, guest services, and workflow management.
- Excellent communication and customer service capability, with confidence in managing diverse stakeholders.
- The ability to strengthen industry relationships and contribute to business growth.
- Strong digital proficiency, including reservation systems and general office software.
